Automobili Lamborghini, which is commonly referred to as Lamborghini, was founded in 1963 by Ferruccio Lamborghini, the owner of the Lamborghini Trattori factory that produced tractors. The first Lamborghini, the 350GTV prototype, was introduced at the Turin Motor Show in 1963. Two years later, the first Lamborghini supercar, the Lamborghini Miura, was introduced, also at the Turin Motor Show. Today Automobili Lamborghini is fully owned by the German car manufacturer, Audi.
